Beginners 10 Week Course

The next 10 week Beginners Course will commence on Thursday 14 August. This is ideal for those who wish to progress from walking to jogging. The first session will consist of a 30 second walk/jog routine building up over the 10 weeks to  15 minute continuous jogging.

We shall be holding a Beginners Taster Session on Thursday 03 July at 6 pm. This coincides with the Queen’s Baton Relay Celebration Event. Please meet at the Pavilion.
