Beginners 10 Week Course

The next Beginners 10 week course will commence on Thursday 23 October. This is ideal for those who wish to progress from walking to jogging. It will commence with a 30 second walk/jog routine building up to 15 minutes continuous jogging by Week 10. Please meet for registration at The Pavilion at 5.50 pm. Please note that as from Thursday 30 October, registration will take place at the small meeting room in Elgin Library.
