Beginners Group

The next Beginners 10 week course will commence on Thursday 08 January. This is ideal for those who wish to progress from walking to jogging. It will commence with a 30 second walk/jog routine building up to 15 minutes continuous jogging by Week 10. Please meet for registration at the small meeting room in Elgin Library at 5.50 pm

We welcome new and previous jogscotland members who can run comfortably for 20 minutes, to join us at any time.

During these winter months it is essential that members wear an item of high visibility clothing.
