Beginners Group

The next Beginners 10 week course will commence on Thursday 16 April. This is ideal for those who wish to progress from walking to jogging. It will commence with a 30 second walk/jog routine building up to 15 minutes continuous jogging by Week 10. Please meet for registration at the Pavilion Cooper Park at 5.50 pm.

We welcome new and previous jogscotland members who can run comfortably for 20 minutes, to join us at any time.

Please note due to holiday and work commitments there will be no Jog Leader led sessions on 26 March, 02 April and 09 April.
