Beginners Group jogscotland Elgin


The next 10 week Beginners Group will commence on Thursday 13 August. This is ideal for those who wish to progress from walking to jogging. It will commence with a 30 second walk/jog routine building up to 15 minutes continuous jogging by Week 10.

We welcome new and current jogscotland members, who can comfortably run for 20 minutes, to join us at anytime.

New members please arrive at the Pavilion, Cooper ParkĀ  for 5.50 pm.
