Local Health Walk Groups in Moray

 Health walks are short walks (less than one hour) led by trained volunteers and are low level, fun, social, safe and accessible.  Anyone can come along on a health walk – new faces are always welcome.

  • Lossiemouth – Meets at the Library, Town Hall Lane, Lossiemouth, Monday 1.30pm
  • Forres – Meets at Forres House Community Centre, Monday 1.30pm
  • Dufftown – Meets at The Whisky Museum & Heritage Centre, Conval Street, Wednesday 10am
  • Elgin – Meets at Moray Leisure Centre, Thursday 10am
  • Rothes – Meets at Seafield Square, Thursday 10am
  • Buckie – Meets at Buckie Swimming Pool, Wednesdays 6.30pm
  • Elgin – Meets at Elgin Library, Wednesdays 1.00pm
  • Hopeman – Meets at Hopeman Pavilion, Thursdays 6.30pm
  • Forres (Buggy Walks) – Meets at Forres House Community Centre, Wednesdays 10.30am
  • Tomintoul – Meets at Smugglers Hostel, Tomintoul, Fridays 10.00am
  • Glenlivet – Meet at Public Hall, Glenlivet, Tuesdays 9.45am
  • Also Autism Group meets in Forres and an Alzheimers and Quarriers group meet in Elgin
  • Moravian Orienteers – Hold monthly events at different locations throughout Moray. Walkers as well as runners and joggers are welcome.
